Welcome to Land in Finland. We are a Finnish Irish couple selling an old farm on the river Siikajoki in Revonlahti.  There’s only one Revonlahti in Finland, so you can find it easily on a map app. The farm is in a tranquil setting, with beautiful views above the river Siikajoki. It was our summer holiday destination for some years, until we moved to Finland. We have many lasting memories of the beautiful days, nights, and especially, the setting sun over the Siikajoki River, as you can see in the photos.

The property is zoned for permanent residency; planning permission was granted for construction of a new house. Architectural drawings of the plans are available upon request. We will provide assistance with steps required to purchase and register property in Finland, free of charge. We have native level fluency in English and Finnish, are conversant in German and Swedish, and are knowledgeable of Finnish rules, regulations, and requirements.
